Purchasing Settings

The Purchasing Settings page provides access to the Recurring Purchase Orders section, allowing you to manage automated purchase transactions efficiently. Here, you can view and search for recurring purchase orders, apply filters based on vendor, status, frequency, next date, and total amount, and export data. You can also create new recurring purchase orders directly from this page.

A recurring purchase order is an automated transaction that repeats on a set schedule, ensuring customers receive their products or services without manually placing new orders each time. 

Note: NetSuite QuickStart Edition maintains data integrity by restricting transactions with inactive vendors, preventing new orders or updates involving them.
