Opening balances on income statement accounts

We recently converted to Netsuite. We brought over previous year data from Sage. A lot of our income statement accounts show opening balances as of the first month of our fiscal year (October). Do I have to do a journal entry to get rid of all of them?! Is there a way to see how many accounts have this problem?
