Need to reinstate the coverage in the same plan types, plan, option along with dependents enrolled at the time of termination for someone rehired within 30 days without an enrollment opportunity or window for employee.

Can someone highlight the basic set up for this one along with any related Fast Formula sample?

If someone termed & rehired in the same month within 30 days, their coverage/rate have to start +1 day from their last coverage end date like no break in coverage.
