How to identify Warranty Coverage in Depot Repair Workbench
We have created a Sales Order for performing the Repair Work on a Product. How can we identify the Warranty Coverage of the Product/Serial Number and accordingly share the Estimate to the Customer based on the Entitlement of the Customer.
We are using Order Management to generate the Maintenance Work Order. Once we have the Maintenance Work Order, How would the Depot Repair User would come to know that the Serial Number/Product is covered under Warranty or not.
Accordingly, the Supervisor can add Parts/Resources for Billing at Price = 0 (Warranty) Or Price = Actual Price (Outside Warranty)
