How to add Diagnostics for Repair

Summary:

We want to add Diagnostics details while doing Estimates/Repairs to capture the Actual Repair Activities which is planned for Repairs

Content (required):

Enterprise deals in the Repairs of Equipment. Before performing any repair, Technician need to capture diagnostics codes based on the checks.

This used be a standard form in EBS for entry. How do we capture the diagnostics code in Cloud.
