What is the difference between these 2 Business Process while defining Service Activities- Customer Support and Parts Exchange
- Customer support: Select to set up service activities related to parts sales and returns
- Issue - Don't see any option to ship the Part
- Parts Exchange : Select to set up service activities for parts exchange (broken part is returned by customer and replacement part is shipped as part of the transaction
