Benefits Comparison Plans tiles not showing configured available plans

Summary:

This is a new setup and the setup seems to be complete. Configured Benefit Plans for Comparison. The Benefits compare plan template and groups are all updated and active. User has Employee role (also tried with Benefits Administrator) which gives the required privileges to access and perform the compare. When we open Benefit Compare tool tile not showing configured plans.
