Plans Not Displaying After Searching in Integrated Workbook

Search results are not being displayed in Integrated Workbook. I have followed the Oracle doc section "Manage Standard Benefits Rates in the Integrated Workbook," but nothing seems to be working to display the rate plans I need to update for OE 2024.

I am attempting to update the standard rates for OE 2024 via the Integrated Workbook in our DEV environment. I have entered the correct search criteria for the calculation formula, plan name and effective as-of date, as well as followed Oracle's steps in the link below. However, the plans and their details are not displaying post-search; nothing is being returned. How can I fix this?
