error while evaluating benefits for employee

Hello,
Created plan and program with each of the life events having coverage start date and end date as 'as of event' and '1 day before event'
Still i get the below error when trying to evaluate life event.

The coverage start date can't be determined. Review the plan design configuration to ensure the coverage start date is specified. (BEN-990168)
If the coverage start date is configured as enterable, ensure that the coverage is entered. If the plan design allows for a coverage start date formula, try revising the formula.
