Adding subcategory duplicating in printable statement for Total Compensation Statement

Hi Experts,

I have a requirement where we need to show a pie chart for annual salary and benefits. I have added benefits as subcategory in Base pay category but due to some reason the benefits table get duplicated. It's printing once under base pay category and second for benefits. I tried customizing the RTF template but had no luck. Additionally, I have selected don't display summary but after generating, I'm receiving a blank page for summary page which should be avoided.

Apart from that, I also tried using calculated item to display benefits instead of using subcategory, but due to some strange reason it's not getting picked up into statements. Eagerly waiting for your inputs on this!
