COGS for Kits

Hi,
I'm trying to create a search comparing sales figures to COGS, broken up by every line item that affects Sales Accounts or COGS accounts.

I'm currently running a transaction search for SOs, main line off, filtered to line items that affect these accounts. Then in the results column I show the sales details (including line item) and the corresponding fulfillment details including COGS (using NVL formula to return 0 when null).

What I'm having trouble with is kits. For inventory and assembly items this works fine, but for kit items, the COGS does not display as the kit item itself has no specific COGS - even if I display all member items in the results, I can't get the COGS values for all the members. Any suggestions?
