HTML Format for Field Level Help of Custom Fields - Not working

Hello!

I'm trying to set Field Level Help for a custom field using HTML. I'm following this SuiteAnswer 46513

I've copied the sample HTML.

<html>
  <body>
     <h1>Test Heading</h1>
     <p>Paragraph one.</p>
  </body>
</html>

I've logged in to a fresh Chrome incognito, cleared cache and receive this:

Removing <body> and <html> do not have an impact.

Would anyone have suggestions on how to resolve?

Upon checking on the SuiteAnswers ID 46513, I have found out that we may remove the <HTML> and <BODY> tags.

You may check the steps and screenshots below for reference.

Thank you for the reply.

The issue is we want to use <b> and <br/> which according to the documentation should work.

Can we use HTML in field level help?
