Tracking Technical Skills on a Job Record Using Custom Fields
Custom fields can be added in a Job Record to help you track easier and locate important information necessary in a specific Jobs. To create a new Other Custom Field, please follow the steps provided below: [LIST=1]
[*]Navigate to Customization > List, Record and Fields > Other Custom Field > New
[*]Select Job in the Record Type dropdown list
[*]Enter Technical Skills as the Label
[*]Enter jr_technicalskills as the ID
[*]Enter “Use this to track any technical and analytical skills required for this job.” in the description field
[*]Select Long Text in the Type dropdown list
[*]Click Save
