Using the Health and Safety bundle, you can record and report on health and safety incidents in the workplace. You can generate any reports that are required to document your compliance with regulatory requirements in your jurisdiction. This bundle provides three versions of the workplace incident form:

[*]Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) 301 form for companies in the United States
[*]Reporting of Injuries, Diseases and Dangerous Occurrences Regulations (RIDDOR) form for companies in the United Kingdom
[*]General incident reporting form for other jurisdictions
