Viewing Own and Subordinates’ Time-Off Activities
Did you know that you can view your own and your subordinate’s time-off activity by accessing the View Balance Details link from the Time-Off portlet when logged in using the Employee Center role?
With Time-Off Management feature enabled in your account, it allows you to assign the applicable Time-Off Plan to your employees based on their Location, Department and Class. The time-off plan can include a different set of time-off types depending on your company’s time-off policy.
When logged in using the Employee Center role, the View Balance Details link from the Time-Off portlet allows employees to review their own and their subordinates’ time-off activities. Time-Off portlet allows employees to review their own and their subordinates’ time-off activities. This provides an overview of any pending, upcoming and past Time-Off requests for a specific Time-Off Type.
