Video: Manage Onboarding Checklist Tasks as an Assignee using a Custom Search Portlet
The Onboarding Checklist SuiteApp allows HR Professionals to coordinate onboarding tasks for newly hired or transferred employees with several Assignees involved in the onboarding process.
Assignees to onboarding checklist tasks need to perform the following:
1. View tasks on the checklist
2. Update task status
3. View and enter notes about their tasks
For Assignees to effectively prioritize the onboarding tasks assigned to them, add a custom search portlet to their dashboard which uses a custom saved search with highlighted due dates on the results.
