Committed items w/reapproval
When sales orders are approved, items are then comitted. However, when sales orders are edited and queue back for a second approval, is it possible to keep items from de-committing?
Scenario is this: order is approved, queue for fulfillment-then a change is made to the main part of the SO. When it goes back for approval, the items are no longer committed, and go to the next order in line.
If quantities are limited, the order receiving the commitment may not be the first SO generated - causing strife and dissention in the sales team.
any thoughts?
