Importing From Yahoo Store
Good morning everyone - been a long time NS user - trying to fine tune some things and having some issues. Any insight into these issues would be appreciated
1) I want to set up a new employee to have access to import orders from yahoo store, process orders, print picking tickets, packing slip etc. I've tried every possible combination of "roles" and cant get it to work. Even if i give this person "administrator" role they cant import - But MY login - which is also "administrator" can import orders from yahoo store. Any ideas???
2) In our yahoo store order form we collect some specific information that is not being imported - For example a text field called "dateneeded" or "comments" field. How can I get that data imported with the orders so that the data fields print out on picking tickets?
