Who else has a broken email trail? Case # is 439451
DO NOT ASSUME that because you see the code that your emails are being "captured!" NetSuite upgrade is set for June 9. Why is the email capturing failing? I sent this first to NetSuite to report the PROBLEM. Then I sent it to my password holder staff. This is awful. The email trail is not working. Not working in bulk merge and not working one on one either.

The wonderful email trails you THINK you are creating when you see the netsuite member code in the To: box of your webmail after you hit reply are a LIE! I don't know how long they have been fake codes. The email replies are NOT automatically accumulating in your customer records as indicated by the reply To: code. YOU MUST go to your sent webmail and copy and paste your messages into your customer records under the Messages Attach TAB.
