Not show line item amounts on fulfillment email

edited Nov 25, 2019 10:45AM in Accounting / ERP 1 comment

We're working on a new process to now show line item amounts / totals for certain sales.  By default, most sales orders will show this information.  I've customized the estimate, so, and si forms to not show the amount / total thats emailed to the customer.  The problem is on item fulfillment, it shows all the line item amounts.  I called netsuite support and they said this can only be turned off completely, i.e. no one gets fulfillment emails, or everyone gets them for every order and see's the line item amounts.

I'm wondering if anyone has any work-arounds or customization that would change this default behavior.  For example, on the fulfillment page could we have a custom field that would control this behavior?  Any ideas would be appreciated.  Thanks.
