Print Checks & Forms: UPS International Forms: Invoice
The UPS International form "Invoice" generated does not transfer the shipping and handling fees into the generated invoice for us.
ie.
Invoice Line Total 351.00
Invoice Sub-Total 351.00
Freight 0.00
Insurance 0.00
Other 0.00
Total Invoice Amount 351.00
When in actuality our Sales Order and Fulfillment show.
Product Value Total 351.00
Shipping Fees 313.79
Invoice Total 644.79
Has anyone else been able to resolve this issue?
Our international customer are upset when the customs documents from UPS show a value which is less then the amount the customer has paid for the shipment.
