GST and PayPal

Just wondering when something is going to be done about the interface between the Netsuite checkout and PayPal. At the moment the customer is being shown GST exclusive amounts (which is against Australian law), however the GST inclusive amount is passed to PayPal at the very last moment, although the breakup above the amount is exclusive

It is very confusing. I'm confused myself. It seems such a simple thing to fix.
