OpenGraph image tag - META - OG

Hi there, I have a template for my meta tags and edit a few lines of the content including descriptions, etc for each product.
Do you have a way for me to save 2 seconds or more (better way) than using a URL of the image for the OG image tag within NetSuite? What I'd like is to amend my template so it can just reference the image found in the native ITEM DISPLAY IMAGE field (for those searching Field ID: storedisplayimage ).
