Commissions Reporting Issue
Good Morning All,
Just wanted to ping the group to see if any other users are experiencing issues with Commission Items reporting negatively on the Payroll Reports. The issue that we are seeing is that the Commisison Line Item is positive in the paycheck transactions and YTD Totals but is negative for all of the Payroll Detail Reports. Ex. Sales Rep has $10k in regular wages & $5k in Commission Payments. From the most current paycheck transaction, their Summary Tab reports $15k. The Payroll Detail Report is reporting total earnings for this same Sales Rep at $5k.
