Pay Commissions on Full Payment Only?
Hi All:
I guess we have a more strict commission policy than most firms. We do not pay commission to our reps until full payment is received from customers. Netsuite, of course, tries to pay them partial commission for partial payment.
Does anyone have a suggestion to enforce this? This actually prevents us from using Netsuite for commissions, as we have to export the report to excel and remove partially paid orders (and then remember to put them back in when they are fully paid!).
