Exclude a single item from commissions?
Hi:
Is there a way to exclude just a single item from commissions...without having to specify a rate for every single *other* item?
We use a line item for a certain type of discount (its a long story as to why its a line item, but it is), and I'd like to exclude that discount item to get a "gross" revenue number.
But, if I choose "items" in the commission schedule, I have to set a rate for every single item. And, it seems to be double counting components of kits, as well. Lastly, if I add a new item at a later date, I will have to remember to go back and add this to the commissions..right!
