Team selling - split commissions - reporting error
I have just turned on Team Selling, with the intention of splitting commissions between two sales reps. However, when I do this, the sales reports appear then to calculate the wrong sales figures. Example, I create a sales team with:
Sales Rep A : 50%
Sales Rep B : 50%
Sales Order 1: £100 (and associate the above sales team with this order)
Now, on the dashboard report for the column Actual Sales, it reports sales as:
Sales Rep A : £100
Sales Rep B : £100
Total Sales : £200
Further, if I add an 'overquota' rep as part of the team:
Sales Rep A : 100%
Sales Rep B : 25%
Overquota Rep : -25%
