commission adjustment using incorrect plan/value
I think I just stumbled on a really big problem.
We just issued a credit memo to a customer for a returned product. This of course "claws back" the commission that the sales rep had earned when the sale was made. When the sale was made the rep was assigned to a plan that paid them a $10 commission. A month later that plan was ended and they were assigned to a new plan that pays $20. When the $10 commission is being clawed back it is taking back $20, not the $10 that was originally authorized and paid.
This is really bad!
