Commission % of Profit on Service Item
I have read the commission on Total Profit per transaction line item answer id: 9551 and it has been helpful.
The problem I am running into is that we have a Royalty cost per service item and there really is no inventory or purchasing involved. How can I create the cost component as easily as possible without create a lot of headaches - our business is pure service!
Approximate Scenario:
Student gains access January 13.
February 1st bill client for $200.
March 1st pay Vendor $100 for the use of the Service.
Cilent pays the $200 on March 3rd.
Need to get commission of 10% of the Markup of $200 - $100 by March 15th.
