Modifying Commission Amounts in Partner Commissions programatically

Hello,
I need to be able to import a CSV to update the commissions for a Partner in the Partner Commissions module, WITHOUT clearing other commissions that are scheduled for the transactions in the CSV import.
Currently I have to go through and do it manually by editing the "Amount" for each line of each transaction. I have to do this for hundreds of lines spanning across a large number of partners, and this manual process is extremely time consuming and frustrating.
I have an idea on how to get around this, but I need to know where the "Amount
