Commission set-up?

Hi,

Can anyone please help with how to set up these commissions in NetSuite?
We base our employees commission on the gross profit of the sales order. The commission is paid once the invoice has been paid. This can be a difference of months. Also there are different brackets for commission so depending on what business was written is a month depends on the level paid.
I've looked at the help but I'm not sure what to use.
