Events > Error: Invalid Date Range: The end day must be the same as the start day

[COLOR=navy][FONT=Arial][B]Customer Support received several calls today regarding the above error message, when editing/saving events in NetSuite.  Based on what we’ve noted, this is due to user time zone preference not in sync with the machine (desktop/laptop) time zone – usually if the TZ difference is a day.  [/COLOR][/FONT][/B]

[COLOR=navy][FONT=Arial][B]For example, if NS time zone is EDT while machine time zone is HongKong.  [/COLOR][/FONT][/B]

[COLOR=navy][FONT=Arial][B]If you continue to receive this error message even after you sync your time zones, please file a case with Customer Support.
