Workforce Analytics Snapshot Views

Did you know that in 2018.1 the Headcount Analysis and Turnover Analysis have snapshot views that lets you compare different segments like Department, Locations, Class, Gender and Tenure. Snapshots views are available for the current and most recent calendar quarters.

A. Hires and Turnover Snapshot lets you compare the hiring and turnover numbers and percentage between different segments in the company. Segments are grouped based on Department, Location, Class, Gender and Tenure. The left side shows the employee headcount, while right side shows the number of employees hired and terminated from the start of the period to the end of the period. The left side shows the employee headcount, while right side shows the number of employees hired and terminated from the start of the period to the end of the period.
