Tracking Government-Issued IDs for Employees
Did you know that with the Government Issued ID feature you can track a variety of government-issued identification information of your employees? For each employee record, HR can enter and track information about their passport, driver's license and other government-issued IDs.
The Basic Government-Issued ID Tracking feature allows the HR team to track Passport number and Driver's License number on the employee record.

The Advanced Government-Issued ID feature allows the HR team to enter the number and associated information on the employees' passport, driver's license, Individual Taxpayer Identification Number, Inland Revenue Department Number, National Insurance Number, Social Insurance Number, Social Security Number and Tax File Number.
