Analytics Workbook Pivot Column Order

edited Sep 7, 2020 10:58AM in Ask A Guru 2 comments

Hello!

I've created about 50 Workbook Pivots. The most complicated I've created combines lead, opportunity, quote and sales order into a pivot The goal is to see how many days does it take for a qualified lead to become a customer.

Works great!

The challenge is something causes the order of the columns to get messed up. As an example, if I get the columns just right then users can run the pivot a few times but at some point the column order gets messed up and goes back to a "default" order. If I then re-order the columns and try to save, the save button does not activate until I remove a field and add it back. Once I remove/add the field I can save the pivot and it works fine for some amount of time but then messes up again.
