Email template for receipts
Hi,
I need to be able to email sales receipts out to customers. I can do this, but I want to modify the body of the text of the email that gets sent. I've tried to go into the template, but this text is not there.
The default text that gets sent is this:
Please open the attached file to view your Sales Receipt. To view the attachment, you first need the free Adobe Acrobat Reader. If you don't have it yet, visit Adobe's Web site http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep.html to download it.
I'd like to customize this text to make it more personal. It's tedious right now to have to email it to ourselves to edit this. I would think Netsuite would make this easier.
