Please note that on Friday, September 20, 2024, at 8:00 PM Pacific time, our Case Management System will undergo a scheduled maintenance for approximately 4 hours. During this time, case creation via SuiteAnswers will be unavailable and inbound calls will be routed to Customer Service.
Has anyone experienced Incoming email, containing screen shots, shots not visible inside the email
Is there a setting that allows screen shots in emails submitted to create cases, to be visible within the email.
These are currently considered attachments and we have to navigate to the attachment and open it to see the screen shot. If Customer email contains several screen shots demonstrating replication steps, multiple attachments are created.
An additional annoyance on second thought: This is compounded when a Customer email contains a company logo, which also presents as a file.
I am primarily concerned with visibility to substantive screenshots within the email.
This behavior makes the "View History" feature ineffective since we cannot see the screen shots.
