Email Purchase Orders with Attached Drawing
Use Case:
Items have Drawings Attached to them, they are stored in the File Cabinet
Create a Purchase Order.
Want to be able to email this Purchase Order and All of the drawings for the items on the Purchase Order, without needing to go and reattach them manually.
There could be up to 20 different items on the purchase order. But, there could be one item, on the purchase order multiple times, with different delivery dates. So the drawing should only be sent once for this item.
I do not believe there is any standard way to address this. Are there any known work arounds other than manually for this?
