Actual Revenue Plans on Closed Sales Orders

I understand that forecast revenue plans are created instantly for created revenue arrangements if accounting preference Disable Creation of Forecast Plans is not set. Actual revenue plans are created based on the preference Create Revenue Plans On.

I have revenue arrangements set to Create Revenue Plans On = Fulfillment. A sales order (SO) was fulfilled and went into Pending Billing status. Days later the SO was closed. What happens to the Actual Revenue Plans in this scenario?

Currently I cannot see the actual revenue plans for this particular SO and three others as a case point which have the same conditions. but one of my users says they previously reported actual revenue plans for these three sales orders in Sept past. The SO's were closed in the same month.
