AE: Missing exchange rates on some dates

Hi NetSuite Support Team,

I'd like some help with an issue with our client wherein there are several dates with missing Exchange Rates. We have "Currency Exchange Rate Integration" enabled and our provider is Xignite.

I did a quick check, these are the missing dates:









We setup their account on September 30, 2021, and there were exchange rates integrated to the system from September until the the dates above, then some missing dates.

What might be the cause for this? Any documentation would greatly help in explaining the cause of this error to help explain this to a client.
