SOAP XML Request custom segment error message

We have (3) Custom Segments in our system. Tuck-In, Add-Back and Country. We have created a SOAP XML to 'POST' JE data into NS, however we are getting this NetSuite_Error


NETSUITE_ERROR: Status was not successful with code USER_ERROR and message "Please enter value(s) for: Tuck-In, Add Back View"

This is the section of the SOAP XML Request Message that I believe is causing the issue.
