NSC | Saved Search > Bills' Aging Details
Sometimes, when creating a Saved Search we tend to think of creating a formula immediately hence we overlook the native fields available on a Saved Search Report. (I am guilty of this! ?) Here's a simple Transaction Saved Search to show the following:
- Bill Date
- Due Date
- Payment Date
- Days Aging
- Days Paid Late (Payment Date - Due Date)
- Navigate to Lists > Search > Saved Searches > New
- Select Transaction
- Rename the Saved Search
- Under the Criteria tab, add the following filters:
- Type = Bill
- Main Line = True
- Under the Results tab, add the following fields:
- Name | Custom Label: Vendor Name
- Document Number
- Date | Custom Label:
