Revenue Element System Notes Saved Search

Hi NS Experts,

We are trying to create a NS Saved Search for system Notes of a Revenue Element for a specific field. I have tried this two different ways but have below issues that we need help with

Way 1

1) When I created the Saved Search (Saved System Note Search) with below criteria, it doesn't show me records updated by other users (I can see only changes made by me). Is it due to permissions for my role?

2) Can we add other fields like Source field/Revenue Arrangement number/Customer and other fields from the Revenue Element?

Way 2

I tried creating Revenue Element Search but that doesn't have "System Notes Fields.." in the Criteria/Results/Filters subtabs
