Including Downtime in Work Order Efficiency Reporting
Hi,
We are recording "in-process" rework on our assemblies under the downtime categories. We report rework (if necessary) at the operation level. This has been great for capturing where we need improve processes and the additional time taken to process a work order however I can't seem to incorporate the downtime value into our operations efficiency report.
Our efficiency saved search stems from a Manufacturing Operations Task base and the AM Downtime records are not available. If I attempt from a transaction base saved search, while I can access the downtime records I end up with the multiple/duplication of lines issue and can report successfully.
