View Subsidiary in WMS After User is Added

We added the WMS features to NetSuite after using the UI for over a year. Because we have two subsidiaries, our users need to be able to fulfill sales orders from either one. However, I understand that once a user has created a transaction, it apparently isn't possible for that individual to be associated with (or view) a transaction in the other subsidiary.

Here's the tool tip from the subsidiary field in the employee record;

"Select the subsidiary to associate with this employee. You cannot enter transactions for this employee unless a subsidiary is assigned.

If you select this employee on time transactions, the transaction is associated with this subsidiary. The employee is able to access only information associated with this subsidiary.
