Commission on Kit Items not Calculating
We have Kit items that are not calculating commissions. We will be creating more of these in the future and need to have the commissions correctly calculated for the sales reps.
As an example, a recent SO was created with a Kit item and some Inventory Items. The inventory items were given as samples, so the customer was not charged, the kit items were charged to the customer. On the Commission Overview report, only the inventory items were calculated with a commission, at a negative value because we did not charge the customer.
How do we get Kit Items to calculate commissions?
