Access to NSPOS Reports

edited Jun 2, 2025 2:30PM in Ask A Guru 8 comments

We are currently running NetSuite Point of Sale 2019.1.11 (working with support to upgrade to current version) and I am trying to figure out if it is possible to run reports from a non-register computer. I can see that the software is using the Microsoft Reporting framework, so this theoretically should be possible, but there doesn't seem to be an easy way to access them, except for a register.

In lieu of running the reports from a different computer, it would be nice if the reports we are interested in on a daily basis (Sales Audit and Items Sold) could be emailed or uploaded to the ERP for viewing. Currently, our store manager is going to a register, running the report for each register and printing these reports. This is horribly inefficient and I would like to improve the process.

Howdy, Stranger!
