Is it possible to have separate contact email preferences in SCA?
The Email Preferences option shown in the 'My Account' section of SCA appears to show the Customer settings for Global Subscription Status and Subscriptions.
If these have been opted out (at Customer level) they are greyed out, and cannot be edited (either in NetSuite or SCA). I don't fully agree with this level of 'protection' on these fields, but I accept there is a logic to it.
If I 'log in as customer' from the Contact record on the Customer and go into the Customer Centre, I am given the Subscription settings for the Contact - and the contact logged in has permissions to edit these as they wish.
