Is Five System Administrator Limit a Myth?

Hi Everyone,

I'm a longtime NetSuite user and consultant. One of my clients recently removed my System Administrator role. According to their finance manager, "NetSuite said if we have more than five admins there's an extra charge." To my knowledge, this is hogwash.

I've heard this same myth over and over throughout the years.

Are people confusing the limitation on support contacts? I keep having to bust this myth with my clients.

Has anyone else heard this?

Is there something I'm missing?
