Why the Sales Information Not Matching in Back-end?
There appears to be a discrepancy between a customer's total purchase amount displayed by Sales by Customer summary (front-end) and the data retrieved from NetSuite2.com, connected via Datagrip, using query 1 and 2 (see attached file).
Query 1 returns a table detailing each customer and the amount purchased by quarter. I've crosschecked a few customers (not all) from the result set and it does match with the front-end Sales by Customer summary. However, I discovered a particular customer in the result set that made no purchases during Q2 - Q3 2022, while having purchases in Q4 2022 and Q1 2023.
